The Bold. Connected.
Shape What's Next
Trinzic is the future independent company to be created through the planned spin-off of KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business, expected in January 2027. The name, inspired by the word intrinsic, reflects the essential capabilities, deep expertise, speed, and trusted performance that have defined our business for decades. We are the linchpin that connects the complex systems the world depends on while advancing technologies such as artificial intelligence, human spaceflight, and integrated air and missile defense.
Trinzic will enter the market as a global organization, supporting some of the highest-priority missions across national security and space. While the Trinzic name is new, our track record is not. The company will launch with more than $5 billion in annual revenue, established partnerships and contracts, more than 60 locations around the world, and 18,000 employees.
We bring together the best and brightest engineers, scientists, software developers, operators, and domain experts who are not only exceptional in their fields but united in purpose. We partner with astronauts in space, fast-jet pilots in the skies, and warfighters in theater, harnessing the power of technology to solve our customers’ hardest challenges. When the stakes are highest and there's no margin for error, we transform complexity into the certainty to act.
Join Trinzic at a defining moment. Help shape our future, define our culture, and make a measurable impact from day one as we build the next chapter of our company.
Please note that candidates who join KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business before the spin-off will transition to Trinzic when the separation is complete and will not need to reapply for employment.
