SkillBridge
The Department of War SkillBridge program provides transitioning service members the unique opportunity to gain valuable civilian work experience during their final 180 days of service. SkillBridge connects service members with industry partners in real-world job experiences.
Our SkillBridge internships have helped hundreds of transitioning service members gain civilian experience, with many successfully converting into full-time careers supporting mission-critical work. Participants work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to programs that advance critical national security missions and explore career paths where their military skills and experience can continue to make an impact.

Hiring Our Heroes
Hiring Our Heroes (HOH), a nationwide initiative of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, connects transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses with meaningful civilian career opportunities.
Our partnership with HOH has been active since June 2021, when we began participating in virtual job fairs to engage military talent and promote career opportunities. Through this ongoing collaboration, we’re expanding access to diverse, mission-driven talent and supporting veterans and spouses in building rewarding careers.
